Chocolate Coconut Protein Smoothie

1 = 3 oz protein, 1 1/2 fat, 1/3 cup vegetable

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop no-added-sugar vanilla protein powder 
  •  ⅓ cup frozen cauliflower    
  • 1-2 tsp Coconut Oil (try one first, then add more if desired)   
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Lakanto Drinking Chocolate, Monk fruit Sweetened      
  • 1 cup nut milk, unsweetened

Optional toppings
    • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs    • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon    • Unsweetened coconut flakes    

How to:

1.  Add all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.

2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add optional toppings, if desired
