Frozen Yogurt Bark with Strawberry-Balsamic and All Fruit Mountain Berry Jam

2 inch by 2 inch = 1/2 fruit, 1/4 fat, 1/4 protein (if adding nuts and/or seeds this will add more fat)

Directions:

3 cups low fat, sugar free vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt

3 tablespoon California Strawberry-balsamic

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Tbsp. liquid Monk Fruit

1 Jar All Fruit Mountain Berry Jam

Lilies Dark chocolate pieces, Smashed into smaller pieces, for garnish (used a zip lock and a rolling pin to smash)

Fresh Fruit slices (optional)

Shaved nuts and seeds (optional)

How To:

Make the bark: Mix Greek yogurt, balsamic, vanilla extract, and monk fruit (start with 1/2 tbsp. and add more monk fruit to desired sweetness). Spread the yogurt on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet in a thin layer (about 1/3-inch thick). Spread fruit jam evenly over the yogurt and use a wooden skewer or tip of a knife to swirl. Sprinkle chocolate on top. Place in the freezer and freeze until firm, 2 to 3 hours. Once frozen, break into pieces.
