Generic Protein Shake
Have fun with this shake by trying it out with different berries!
4 oz. protein with milk or soy, or 3 oz. protein and ½ fat if almond milk or cashew milk is used, and 1 fruit
- 1 scoop Healthy Way protein powder, any flavor
- 1 cup unsweetened almond, cashew or soy milk, or nonfat milk
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 2-3 ice cubes (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
