Generic Protein Shake


Have fun with this shake by trying it out with different berries!

4 oz. protein with milk or soy, or 3 oz. protein and ½ fat if almond milk or cashew milk is used, and 1 fruit


  • 1 scoop Healthy Way protein powder, any flavor
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, cashew or soy milk, or nonfat milk
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 2-3 ice cubes (optional)


1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
