2 cups dry oatmeal
3 tbsp Fruit Sweet
2 tbsp Spectrum or Earth Balance butter substitute
6 apples, sliced (substitute other fruit like pears and peaches or berries)
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put sliced apples into baking dish with fruit sweet, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and 1-1/2 tsp of the cinnamon and mix. Bake apple mixture for about 15 minutes until a little softened. In a separate bowl mix together oatmeal, butter, and the rest of the cinnamon and nutmeg, and put on top of apple mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until top is golden brown. Enjoy!
