Healthy Way Pistachio Dressing or Dip

Fresh and nutty and packed with flavor!
Serving Size: 1½ Cups • Counts on HW Program: 2 Tbsp = 1 Fat
Prep Time: 5 minutes / Blend Time: 2 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water (or nut milk if preferred)
- 1 cup shelled pistachio nuts
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp Braggs or Coconut Amino’s
- 1-2 cloves fresh garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 2-3 Medjool Dates (or Fruit Sweet to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Keep refrigerated. Lasts about 7-10 days.
