Fresh and nutty and packed with flavor!

Prep Time: 5 minutes / Blend Time: 2 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water (or nut milk if preferred)
  • 1 cup shelled pistachio nuts
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp Braggs or Coconut Amino’s
  • 1-2 cloves fresh garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 2-3 Medjool Dates (or Fruit Sweet to taste)

DIRECTIONS

1.  Blend all ingredients together.

Keep refrigerated. Lasts about 7-10 days.
