PB2 Peanut Sauce

We all love the salty, sweet Thai sauces…they make our taste buds scream with delight. However the salty, sweet does no justice for “skinny jeans”. Below is a great sauce recipe to add flavor to essentially any dish.

Get creative and grab a jar of powdered peanut butter.

Be Creative

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Braggs liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos

1 Tbsp rice vinegar, more if your really into more vinegar taste, but add at end

2 tsp minced garlic

3 Tbsp PB2 -prepared (add 3 tbsp water)

½ cup unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk, more if you prefer thinner

½ Tbsp SF maple syrup or 2 tsp fruit sweet (optional)

1 tsp Thai chili paste or ¼ tsp sriracha

How to:

  1. Reconstitute PB2.
  2. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. If needed heat in microwave for 30 seconds to allow for easier blending.

 Serve as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, wraps, over Kelp noodles, Thai bowls or use a as a salad dressing.
