Pumpkin Pie Shake


Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Shake is a great breakfast or snack for those who want to be healthy, lose weight the healthy way, and those with diabetes who want to keep their blood sugar levels stable. This recipe serves 1 and equals 1 serving = 3 ounces protein, ½ starch and ½ fat on our healthy weight loss plan.

1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon allspice
½ cup ice cubes

Directions for making shake: Blend all ingredients together in a blender or processor and serve immediately.
