Bright Lifers is a program for people who have experienced the profound transformation Bright Line Eating offers through the Boot Camp, and have committed themselves to BLE as a way of life. The Bright Lifers program includes a special, separate online support community (this is where Susan often goes to get support on her own food journey) filled with our most dedicated, lifelong members. Susan started teaching this course nearly a decade ago (just one section of it), and before long, she was offering several sections every semester—including some face-to-face and some online—because the students just couldn’t get enough of it. Every section had a long wait-list. Positive Psychology has incredibly widespread appeal, and it absolutely changes lives.
The course consists of weekly online lectures and assignments covering the topics of change, happiness, pleasure, positive memory, the science of gratitude, self-efficacy and self-esteem, goal setting, the mind-body connection, and much, much more.
