The Healthy Way Basic Shake Ideal for the 14-day Burn Plan


Kickstart your day with this well-rounded shake!

16 oz = 3 oz protein, ½ fruit, fresh veggies, 1 fat
pre-made packets available in whey and plant-based protein


  • 1 scoop (3oz protein) Healthy Way Protein powder, Chocolate or Vanilla (whey or plant based)
  • ½ cup Berries (organic is ideal)
  • Large handful (approx: ½ – 1 cup) Organic Baby Spinach
  • 2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, Cashew Milk or Flax Milk or 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut, Hemp or Soy Milk + 1 cup water or ice
  • Add optional fats if desired: Flax, chia & hemp seeds; avocado, MCT or coconut oil; or nut butter. See recipes below for flavor variation ideas


1. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

2. Pour into Mason Jars (1 quart or 2 pints) or a suitable cold beverage container.
