3 protein and ½ fat
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Healthy Way vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3-4 drops liquid vanilla stevia or 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2-3 ice cubes (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or shaker and process until smooth.
